Return Qualification

You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days upon delivery. The item should remain in good condition, free from heavy stains, damage, and retain its original packaging and labels. Custom-made, clearance or hygienic non-returnable goods are excluded.

Return Workflow

1. Submit your return application via support@yosvrel.shop. Please attach your order ID and product photos.
2. Our team will review your application and send return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. We cover the return delivery cost for qualified returns. Please pack the pillow securely for transit.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, the full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment channel.
